Stopped in here to have my nails rescued from another Salon and I am so glad I did. Mia who sits in the first nail station to the left was super nice and caring. She was gentle and a did wonderful job with what I brought her in to work with. New to the area and I will be back. Salon is clean and cute!
Im new in the area and really wanted to love this place. Service 8/10, I was handed over to someone to finish my hand nails and she didn’t even put oil on my cuticles or give me a hand massage. The front desk/ maybe owner is super funny and kind. I have never had an experience like this on the durability of polish. I got powder dip and wanted clear powder and gel polish on my hands but was convince that choosing a powder color would be more durable and cheaper. I went ahead and did that. I had my first chip only two days later. After only one week I have three chipped nails and the shape of my nails is uneven. On my toes I got gel. Two of my nails just started breaking. I’m not sure if it’s the polish but my nails are falling apart 😔
So I won’t be returning but the salon is very clean and the staff is good.
I really enjoy going to Heavenly Nails and Spa! It is very clean and everyone is super friendly! Kim always does a great job when I come in, ask for Kim! This is her latest masterpiece she did for me when I was going on a trip to see the changing of the leaves for the fall season. I think this is a perfect match to complement my trip! As always I love all her work. I have very sensitive skin that breaks easily so she takes her time when filling or using the drills as to not cut me. I really appreciate how understanding she is with me because it is hard for me to sometimes remember to relax my hand and she does not get mad at me like people in the past have done. She just asks me nicely to relax the hand before continuing on with her work. I just love how welcoming this place is, it’s so relaxing. I am looking forward to my next visit.
I love coming here to get my gel nails completed. I had these done yesterday and they lasted me all night long with no chipping! I informed Rose that my nails tend to chip really easily because of how rough I am on them and my line of work. She took extra steps to prime and prep the nail so chipping would not occur. I'm not a fan of red, but Rose picked this red color out for me and it's gorgeous! I also had my nails done by Vera and she did a great job as well! If you need your nails done, I highly recommend coming here! I have gotten so many compliments on my nails.
Im not a regular at this place but whenever i do decide to get my nails/toes done, its here. Although, this last recent time that i went, i felt like they didnt really try, it was very rushed and i wasnt fully satisfied. All in all, my nails look good and ill probably wait another while before i go again.
Really disappointed in the gel pedi I got. The tech was really nice and the workers were welcoming but the service itself wasn’t as expected.
The gel polish was not applied evenly, you can see texture on the toe and there were gel polish on my cuticles.
I absolutely loved this place, a girl named fawn did my nails. I paid $50 for medium length gel acrylics and it was a great price for great quality. She did my nails so good and kept making sure I liked it before continuing . They even stayed after closing time to make sure me and my sister and law were satisfied with our nails. Highly recommend!
I came here in need of a full set and let me say I have never had such a nice set of nails ever! This was the best i’ve ever had, many places i’ve gone to were high rated yet lacked professional qualities needed to run a business, needless to say this place was detail oriented and they did an amazing job, i appreciate how they are able to respond to feedback whether good or bad and are able to use it as a way to improve in order to have a better workplace. It was a very friendly environment they were very gentle and attentive to detail when it came to shaping my nails! Very professional and I couldn’t ask for better, definitely will be back again!
